Expert advice

Neil has been involved in advising a variety of organisations. This includes policy development, review and evaluation; organisational problem solving; and research and analysis.

Conflict resolution

This can occur at various levels: using mediation to resolve one-to-one disputes; working to resolve tensions and conflicts within teams; and addressing conflict issues across whole organisations.

Independent investigations and inquiries

Neil has been involved in undertaking fully confidential independent investigations (for example, in relation to complaints of bullying and harassment) and inquiries (for example, where professional malpractice is suspected or alleged).

Expert witness services

Neil has acted as an expert witness in a number of legal proceedings relating to stress, bullying and harassment, discrimination and professional malpractice. He has provided preliminary reports, full reports and has given oral testimony in court. He is a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses.
